Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pars Paradisi. We want you to love your purchase, but if for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help.


Returns

  • Our policy lasts 14 days from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you received your order, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Certain products are exempt from being returned, such as:

    • Personal care items (soaps, bath bombs, candles that have been lit, etc.)

    • Sale items or gift cards

    • Digital products (e-books, downloads, etc.)


Refunds (if applicable)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email that we have received your item.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item).


Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please email us at info@parsparadisi.com with your order number and details.


Non-Refundable / Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Perishable goods (like bath soaks with fresh botanicals)

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error


Shipping Returns

  • To return your product, please contact us first at info@parsparadisi.com for the return shipping address.

  • You are responsible for paying shipping costs for returning your item unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again.

  2. Contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

  3. Next, contact your bank. Processing times vary.
